ATSB - to post or not to post...

Damn. ATSB comes up with a discussion subject that I could soooo sink my teeth into, and I don't know if I should respond or not. I'd probably get shot down so quick it would make my head spin...of course, maybe everybody could decide to play nice...?

I'm collecting my thoughts now on the subject. Actually, I think it's a good idea to post that as discussion subject, so people can keep their comments generalised, rather than it being comments on a specific story, so the author of that story doesn't feel too pummelled.

So I'll definitely respond, might be tomorrow though.

Yeah, I've got my response written. Now I'm going to sit on it for a while, re-read it, and then probably post it. I think my main problem is that I feel pretty strongly about characterization (no, really? LOL) and that's going to ruffle some feathers. I also don't like the thought that some of us will play nice and others won't. Don't think I'm quite ready to sit back and take it this time. But I guess, if I'm any kind of writer, I can think of a way to "fight back" without getting nasty.

On the bright side, maybe some people will actually agree with me...LOL
