Somewhat productive day

Well, have gotten some more written on Covenant; spent most of the day flat on my back, dizzier than a bedbug and waiting for my heart to find some semblance of a normal rhythm. Did get one major item accomplished - planned out my garden. It's mostly a revamp of the garden that's already there, with a few embellishments. So now I can start actually pounding stakes and marking it out. I'm hoping I'll have it all dug and ready to plant by next spring (yeah, it'll take all summer to get it leveled properly.



The original garden was the square part with the four corner gardens and three middle ones, all on a downhill slope. So I'll be leveling that part out, and then the added gardens on the left have to be built up and leveled as well, plus adding in the retaining wall. Very formal (although the drawing looks a little off as I couldn't get things lined up with the grid quite right (sigh)...

Now I think I'm going to *try* and work on Covenant some more before I collapse back on the couch...

Wow, that's a big project to keep you going! I wouldn't even know where to start tackling something like that. I'd have to get a man in. :D

Well, if a girl doesn't have a man in, she has to keep occupied somehow... ;-)

That's true. I still say you need one of those hndsome young gardeners who is always taking his shirt off when you happen to look out of the window. :D
