That, and trying to keep warm. I'm remembering why my folks had a second stove in the kitchen (High -6F, wind chills of 30 to 45 below zero, exposed skin can freeze in as little as 10 minutes). Port Isabel, Texas, is supposed to be 75 today :-(

Date: 2008-02-10 03:21 pm (UTC)Well, a little of both. It did help me figure out that what I wanted to do wouldn't work, which is progress. But doing so also showed me another avenue, so once I figure out my poisons, I should be ready to write.
Does that sound ominous enough? LOL
