Some things accomplished!

Well, I didn't quite finish everything on my To Do list for the weekend but I came very close. I did get my writing done (2 holidays, 1 quick pick and the next chapter of Covenant - though there's still editing to do). And I got some of the yard work done - the sidewalk edging took much longer than expected - I forgot just how much sidewalk I had to deal with. Almost 400 feet, counting both sides! Uffda! Also got the lawn mowed and trimmed the hedge - the cuttings now soaking so I can use them to fill in where it's died out. I did not get the inside cleaning done - my brother came down and there's just no point trying to clean when he's here - no sooner get the dishes done than he's dirtied a dozen more just to make a sandwich type of thing. :-(  So that goes on this week's agenda. Did get some of the computer work done and budgeting, but not completed yet. Just too worn out from the outside work.

But I did accomplish a lot! Much more than I would have if I hadn't had my plan in front of me. And I proved to myself that I can do this goal thing, as long as I don't get all uptight about missed "deadlines" - they're just postponed  ;-)

So I'm feeling good about myself today. :D

Yeah, it's a great feeling. And even the left-overs - well, I feel like they're not unmanageable anyway. :)

Excellent. Yeah, nothing wrong with having a few left to carry over. Man's reach must exceed his grasp and all that.

Yeah, they're really only good for one thing - and I don't have that much garbage to take out. ;p
