Tried to upload Chapter 45 to my web page and the damn thing is telling me I've used my quota. Which doesn't make any sense, because on the admin page it shows that I've used less than half the space allocated, and that doesn't count the additional space for the other two email addresses I have. And the ISP *still* doesn't have technical support for it.

Granted, it's free, but still...dammit. It's through my cable company and if I had my druthers, I'd ditch them as well. Every time I call them, I'm literally on hold for at least 20-30 minutes. In other words, their customer service area sucks big time.

So anyway, emailed the help desk - even though it says they can't help with PWP questions. I may start looking for a different place (now that I know how to upload and all that jazz) and just put in a link on the old one.

Just what I needed - another technology headache...

Oh no! How annoying.

Are there any forums or a newsgroup for users of your ISP, where you can maybe get advice from other users?

That reminds me, I should go check how much space I still have...

That is annoying! You're website looks so cool.

It's why I had to change to googlepages though. My original one only gave me 20 pages which was ridiculous! This one is 100mb and I've only done 3% of it.

Well, I'm going to try and "activate" one of the other emails, and set up a website there, then move Juggernaut to that, change the link so it just switches over, etc and see if that works. I was looking at google, but that seems to force you to use their webpage setup, and I just want someplace I can upload my html files. Bravenet didn't look too bad.

I did try to go to the ISP message boards - only to find out they aren't actually run by the ISP and are full of people whose language is straight from the gutter. :-(

Someday I'm going to get a satellite dish and become my own ISP. The hell with the "establishment" LOL
