I know that feeling of "my body is out to get me." In fact you sound like you're going through the exact same thing I was at Christmas and New year, when I first had the bad back, then the trapped nerve, and to top it off, a 24 hour stomach bug at new year of the type that made me wish someone would please shoot me, and left me exhausted for days. I was just so pissed off by that point, as I'm usually pretty healthy. Felt really low.
Now that's not cheering you up, is it? I hope you feel better soon anyway!
