Have rewritten the first half of chapter eight (fine tuning it), and I actually did a very basic outline for the rest of it (OMG!!!!)  Well, I had to - I was bouncing around with all the different stuff that needs to go into it, and getting myself dizzy trying to keep track - forgetting one thing, remembering and then changing another. Good grief... So hopefully, between work and cleaning house for my son's arrival next weekend, I'll still have time to get the darn thing written. It keeps hollering at me all the time!

Oh, hey, hope I didn't sound like I was bragging yesterday - but if I tell any one at home about a compliment on my stories, they just give me that, "yeah, right, nice, go away now until you show me the royalty check" response, so...

Now, not bragging, other writers know it's tricky to get none writing folks to appreciate a nice bit of feedback, or some breakthough you you made, or plot twist you thought up. So shout about it all you like, I say.

Well I've just put a very rough QP up on the ATSB, might post on here later.... but I really should be puttind decorations up or something. I really want to do my editing on Four Wishes, but I might do some a bit later on, if I crack on now with the decorations, I can come back and chat!

Instead of working on the story, I was online and on the phone trying to do my xmas shopping. By the time I got done I was a nervous wreck - I'm always quite sure something will go wrong and nobody will have any presents from me, or not things they want, or something horrible. I was literally shaking when I got done - I really get too tense about this crap. Er, holiday thingy. But so far I lucked out - only one thing won't get here in time for xmas and that was an out of circulation book my son wanted. But I'm going to get a nice card with a picture of it inside so he'll at least know it'll be here before he has to go home.

I'll be so glad when the new year starts...

yeah, all my Christmas shopping is done, just got to wrap the stuff now. I'm back at my pc now. But it's late, I doubt I'll get much done on FWs but I've got to email you both about something ;o)
