Amazing...

Fang is now wandering around the house (well, the living room and dining room) without trouble. Muffy gets a little excited now and then, but only because she sees the movement and doesn't see it's Fang. Petey also gets a little rambunctious on occasion, but a cuff from Fang reminds him of his manners. Monday I'm going to move the screen door in to partition off a little alcove off the living room and move Fang's stuff in there. Basically to save on the heating bill while at the same time affording him his "safety zone" when things get a little frazzled with the dogs. I imagine the first few nights might be a bit sleepless, as Fang is a definite night owl. Not unusual for the dogs to wake me up barking at the various thumps from the porch as he rolls around with his toys. This morning I found his "play house" up against the carrier and two small planters flopped over on the floor...
So right now the biggest problem is that Fang wants a permanent lap to sleep on and it gets a little problematic getting any work done. But I can live with that, as long as Fang realizes it ain't always gonna happen.
