My take on food is if it's natural, it's okay. Processed foods (including sugar, flour, bread, anything) are not healthy (or at least not nearly as healthy as natural. Even red meat - if you're eating wild meat (deer, elk, buffalo) versus 'factory' raised beef, you're okay. But over-indulgence in anything isn't good.
