Tattoos

Talking over on Bevimoo's lj the other day about tattoos. I had never been able to decide quite what I'd like to have, but I think I've actually decided - now it's just the design to find/choose/create. But I want to use Capricorn, since it's actually about as accurate a description of me as one could get.

So far, I've found three that might work, although I'm not really fond of the third one:

Opinions? And like where I should put this thing? ;-)

Ooh, I ike the first and the second, but agree with your comments about the second one. Have you been to Tattoo Johnny? I entered Capricorn in the search box and got 9 pages of results! http://www.tattoojohnny.com/tattoo-design-gallery.asp?k=capricorn&a=&c=bw,color&s=small,medium,large&r=12&m=
The idea is that you can buy the design you like and print off all the outline info etc to give to your artist. But if nothing else it's just good for ideas and good info to know about before and after a tattoo. :)

Where? I love tattoos on the wrist, and I also think that the inner forearm is a better place for a woman to wear one than the upper arm (I think thats a bit more butch, but that may just be me!). Back of the neck is also a fab place. :) Very excited for you! Just remember to research your artist before you go. And you could always take a few images and ask your artist to come up with something unique for you, a good one will even prefer that. :)

Good luck! :D

I'll have to check out that link. But yeah, choosing the artist is going to be the really touchy thing - I don't want some hack doing it, or someone who isn't sanitary with their needles. (shudder)
