What next...

Didn't go to work last night. Went to bed about noon, feeling fine. Woke up about 5:30 sicker than a dog. No idea why - something I ate, too many Advil, flu bug - whatever. Slept on the couch the rest of the night, just in case, and got up about 6. So far, just feel totally exhausted and have a massive headache (so my screen s down in brightness and huge in fonts).

Sometimes I think my body is just trying to give up on me...

Could be dehydration, if you've been vomiting and haven't eaten or drunk much. Get plenty of liquids!
