Never ending saga

Just got a notice from a collection agency - on behalf of the infamous Mediacom. Claiming I owe over $500 because I didn't return their equipment - the equipment they were supposed to collect on May 12 and which is still sitting on my porch waiting for them. So now I have to write to the collection agency, Mediacom, and the three credit reporting agencies to get the facts straight.

Sigh...

I just searched for them on Twitter. Interestingly, they have a Customer Services rep on there, but mostly I just got a load of negative comments. Funny. You could always join Twitter and add to them. ;)
